соль і свежамолаты чорны перац па густу.
Разагрэць грыль да умерана-вялікага жару. Смажыць крэветкі, паварочваючы, на працягу 3-5 хвілін, пакуль яны не зменяцца ў колеры і не прыгатуюцца. Перакласці ў міску. Дадаць фенхель, цыбулю, сумесь шпінату і рукалы, кроп і грэйпфрут.
