Thanks to Travertine this is my favorite-old-and-new-recipe: zooplankton Oysters Rockefeller. With all that champagne of course nothing fits better than oysters, and even though I'm crazy about raw oysters are also delicious if you steam, smoke or like here in the oven prepares with herb.
About the ingredients for 'official' Oysters Rockefeller done tremendously mysterious. Wash all herbs and onions well, and cut superfine.
