Jester King Detritivore Debuts July 11 | Beer Served Rare
For Jester King’s newest work of wild ale wonder, they’ve employed a handful of techniques from previous beers such as Montmorency vs. Balaton, Atrial Rubicite and La Vie en Rose . Detritivore is a sour farmhouse ale brewed with aged hops, fermented in stainless steel, then refermented with Montmorency and Balaton cherries rex hunt from Michigan.
