We are going again soon to make a trip from Denver to Las Vegas. Only I can find little about Salt Lake City on what there is to see. Are there any tips to watch except for the Temple Square and Utah State Capitol. Further tips on good shopping centers and restaurants are also very welcome. I think you have mentioned this. Most important sights in the city In our travel report 2010 (click here), our experiences described in this city. Indeed, Temple Square and Utah State Capitol. But also the hotel where we stayed, and The Gateway Mall with several restaurants. Also on Antelope Island you can read at day 16. On the east side of the city you will experience the This Is The Place Heritage Park, see: http://www.thisistheplace.org/ We have not visited.
If you like architecture is the Public Library worth a visit. A very pretty building. pulaski ny On the ground floor boutique shops and cafe. You can all the way up to the rooftop for a nice view of Salt Lake City.
If you have an hour or two, we did visit the FamilySearch Library quite impressive. You will be amazed at the information pulaski ny that they have there. Do it a few names to add to our family again. Copies of the church books from Callantsoog from around 1680 You get a full explanation from the center, if you will, a "sister" or "brother" to help you in your quest. It is very helpful, friendly and even trying to find someone for you who speaks Dutch. So just dive into the family history and look over there if you can find some. You will be impressed. As an outsider, it is no intended that people like sister or brother appeals to you, you are not a member of the Church and you have no (family) relationship pulaski ny with them. Though they are very fast with someone sister or brother called after two visits from the Elders, I was immediately sister A. And yes, the probability is very high that walks around someone who speaks Dutch. Elders and sisters who are sent to another country to learn the language fluently pulaski ny speak so they can do their job better. The training program for missionaries is similar to the program of the DoD, really impressive. I would also recommend the Gateway Mall and especially to eat at Tucanos, the rest of the mall is not really special. That was our favorite restaurant. It is a Brazilian grill so much meat but o
